These documents are critical to understanding the impact that Illinois' policy decisions can have on our economy as well.

Economic Impacts of Potential Illinois Climate Change Initiatives: Evidence from MIT and Penn State Analyses - this paper from the UMWA, analyzes current economic studies of the potential impacts of carbon cap-and-trade policies in Illinois, and offers recommendations for followup economic studies once CCAG's recommendations to the Governor have been finalized.
