Non-EGU NOx Allowances
2007 - 2008

For the years 2007 and 2008, the unit specific NOx allocations for non-EGUs are delineated in the table below. The information in this table is taken from Appendix E of Section 217 with modifications made for one source that is no longer in the program, one source that never registered, and one source that has been added. In addition, several sources have changed ownership, and the new names are reflected here.

The final column of the table indicates the number of allowances to which each unit is entitled. All allowances have been deposited into sources' overdraft or unit accounts by USEPA.
