CAIR CASA NOx Allowances

 The following table shows the available CAIR NOx allowances by category under the Clean Air Set-Aside (CASA) pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 274.202(a) for each control period. These CAIR CASA NOx allowances may be requested through a CASA application pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 225.470 and 225.570 for annual and seasonal control periods, respectively.
