Brochures
The U.S. EPA has developed four brochures to discourage backyard burning. These four brochures are written and distributed by the U.S. EPA. We are offering a link to their website to print the brochures. They also have four customizable brochures that can be used to fill in local information such as contact information, local ordinanaces, and local alternative disposal options.

And the other version provides one text area and a return address space for mailing out. We encourage you to use these brochures and to distribute to residents with information relevant to backyard burning and disposal alternatives in your area.

This template can be used to create your own backyard burning brochure. Space has been provided at the bottom of the "Tools you Can Use" page(750 characters) and on the next panel (1700 characters) to add your own customized message, such as state or local regulations dealing with backyard burning, alternative disposal methods (e.g., days and times when trash can be picked up or deposited), and contact information.

If you have the full Adobe Acrobat, however, you can fill-out, print and save.
