Rural Community Assistance Available

No-charge help available for problem-solving

The non-profit Illinois Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) has issued a reminder that their staff of rural development professionals are available to provide no-charge assistance to rural communities, organizations and citizens in solving water and wastewater problems. Focus is on currently unserved rural populations.

The RCAP network includes a regional office in Springfield serving the seven state Great Lakes RCAP, of which Illinois is a member state.
