Non-Compliant Electronics Manufacturers for 2012
Any manufacturer not complying with the Illinois Electronic Products Recycling and Reuse Act is liable for a civil
penalty not to exceed $10,000 for the violation and an additional civil penalty not to exceed $10,000 for each day the violation continues.
