RCRA RemediationRCRA Hazardous Waste Permit ApplicationsRCRA Hazardous Waste Part A Permit Application (EPA Form 8700-23)RCRA Permit Application Form - PA23The RCRA Permit Application Form (PA23) must be used for any permit application for a hazardous waste management facility regulated in accordance with RCRA, Subtitle C, including all requests to modify an existing permit. If an application has already been submitted to the Agency, a completed RCRA Permit Application Form must accompany all additional information that is submitted to the Agency for that application. RCRA Decision Guide - July 2006The decision guide is designed to assist applicants in the preparation of a RCRA Part B permit application for the storage, treatment and/or disposal of hazardous waste. All permit applications should follow the format of the decision guide in order to facilitate a timely review of the application. The decision guide currently includes the RCRA requirements for the management of hazardous waste in containers, tanks, and miscellaneous units. If a permit application is for units not contained in this July 2006 decision guide, the application should follow the decision guide dated December 1990 for those units. All other sections of the permit application should follow the format of the July 2006 decision guide.
