NPDES Response Summaries
When public hearings are held on permit applications, the Illinois EPA accepts comments at the hearings and during public comment periods. It then summarizes these and publishes them with the Agency’s responses to each. The summaries included here are not all the hearing summaries involving Bureau of Water permit applications; these are presented as a convenience because of widespread public interest in the applications involved.
NPDES Permit No. IL0073253:
On October 13, 2000, the Illinois EPA made the decision to issue new NPDES Permit No.IL0073253 to the Naperville Park District for it's Sportsman's Park trap shooting facility.
